HR Executive

Job Description:
Salman Developers is seeking a skilled and motivated HR Executive with a background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and capable of managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Handle employee relations and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance evaluations and HR reporting
• Support management in HR strategy and process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (real estate background preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Onsite(Full Time)
Location: Grand Square Mall, Gulberg, Lahore
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Market competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
