HR Executive

What We’re Looking For:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities — from job postings and resume shortlisting to interview coordination.

• Support onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.

• Foster a positive and engaging work culture through employee engagement initiatives.

• Address employee queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in HR roles.

• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
