We are hiring "HR Executive" for a renowned FMCG company for Powai location. (Third party payroll)

(5 days Working)

Qualifications: Graduation, Post graduation, MBA or any specialisation in HR Course.

Experience- Proven experience of atleast 2 yrs in HR and administrative roles.

Skill- Proficiency in using HR tools and software (e.g., EPIC, SAP, SuccessFactors).

CTC : 6-7 LPA (max)

Job responsibilities-

Onboarding Formalities:

Initiate position code creation by raising requests on EPIC and following up with the AD team.

Manage onboarding documentation by raising requests through the tool, sending emails for required documents, checking data accuracy, and forwaring it to the Ops team.

Configure email IDs by raising tickets and coordinating with IT personnel.

Create master codes by segregating documents and sending them to the registration team.

Manpower Consultancy:

Collate attendance data and share it with the consultancy.

Process salary and reimbursement invoices.

Verify invoices and reconcile amounts.

Offboarding Formalities:

Raise separation requests using the offboarding tool.

Collate and ensure all clearance documents are completed.

Ensure timely completion of Full & Final settlements (F&F).

SuccessFactors:

Create requisition IDs and job application links.

Manage the onboarding process and review new hire data.

Hiring Support:

Handle position code creation and requisition ID creation.

Operational Support:

Block meeting rooms and send calendar invites.

Coordinate with external vendors.

Ensure arrangements for meetings, celebrations, and offsite.

Data Management:

Assist in the collation of non-confidential data inputs.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
