HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive .

Location: I-9/3, Islamabad

Timings: 5.00PM -2.00AM(Night Shift)

Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and coordination with hiring managers
Maintain employee records, attendance, shift schedules, and leave data
Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, experience letters, NOCs, and disciplinary letters
Manage employee relations, address queries, and support a positive work culture
Assist with performance evaluations, KPIs, and monthly HR reporting
Coordinate payroll-related data such as attendance, deductions, and confirmations
Manage probation confirmations, benefits, training activities, and exit processes
Support Daily HR operations and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (BBA/MBA HR preferred)
• 6 Month to1years of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication & MS Office skills
• Ability to work in the night shift
