  • f. Induction Programme – Welcome Mail, Site Visit, Brief About Company Profile
  • g. Issue Offer & Acceptance
  • h. Issue JD / Department Process / Formats
  • i. Appointment Letter Issue
  • j. Open Bank Accounts In TMB
  • 3. Statutory Compliance :
  • a. Monthly PT Working & Payments
  • b. Monthly PF Working & Payments

  • 3. Attendance Deviation Working As per Reports Like – Leave / OD / C-off Hard Copy or Mails
  • 4. Salary Sheet Preparation and Working for Particular Month
  • 5. Salary Sheets Approval
  • 6. Salary Working Process In ERP Post HOD / Directors Approvals
  • 7. Salary Sheet Send to Accounts Team to Release Salary
