  • Assisting in setting KPIs and tracking employee progress

  • Identifying training needs and organizing development programs
  • Supporting career growth initiatives and succession planning
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Assisting with payroll processing and benefits enrollment
  • Managing leave records, attendance, and statutory compliance
  • HR Data Management
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Generating reports for audits and management reviews

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
