- Assisting in setting KPIs and tracking employee progress
- Training & Development
- Identifying training needs and organizing development programs
- Supporting career growth initiatives and succession planning
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assisting with payroll processing and benefits enrollment
- Managing leave records, attendance, and statutory compliance
- HR Data Management
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
- Generating reports for audits and management reviews
