Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Management.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Hospital HR (preferred).
  • Knowledge of hospital workforce structure and HR processes.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office/HRMS.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Administrative Staff, etc.).
  • Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMS data.
  • Address employee queries and support in employee grievance handling.
  • Organize training programs, CME activities, and employee engagement events.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, warning, memo, confirmation, etc.).
  • Monitor discipline and support smooth HR operations across all hospital departments.
