Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles such as developers, designers and other IT positions.
-Partner with department heads to understand technical hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
-Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
-Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
-Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
-Handle onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
-Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using HR systems or spreadsheets.
-Support HR operations, including attendance, leaves, documentation, and employee relations.
-Assist in employer branding initiatives to strengthen Turn Up Technologies’ image as a top tech employer.
-Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building activities.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment or HR in a tech company.Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools.
-Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
