Recruitment executive - Female (Entry Level)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Recruiter (Female - Entry Level) located in Karachi Division. The Tech Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding technical talent. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, creating job postings, and managing recruitment channels. The Technical Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and ensure clear communication with candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Communication
• Strong interpersonal and interview skills
• Ability to effectively manage candidate pipelines and recruitment channels
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Prior experience in the technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Should be open for domestic and international traveling.
