  • Recruitment and onboarding: Source, interview, and hire candidates; manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Policy and compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures; ensure the company complies with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance and development: Oversee performance management systems and employee evaluations; coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
  • Employee relations: Manage employee relations, address grievances, and handle disciplinary procedures and investigations.
  • Compensation and benefits: Administer payroll and employee benefits, such as health insurance.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Engagement and culture: Promote a positive work environment and help shape the company culture through various initiatives.

Key skills and qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
