- Recruitment and onboarding: Source, interview, and hire candidates; manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Policy and compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures; ensure the company complies with all labor laws and regulations.
- Performance and development: Oversee performance management systems and employee evaluations; coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
- Employee relations: Manage employee relations, address grievances, and handle disciplinary procedures and investigations.
- Compensation and benefits: Administer payroll and employee benefits, such as health insurance.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Engagement and culture: Promote a positive work environment and help shape the company culture through various initiatives.
