Job Title: HR Executive /Sr. HR Executive (only female candidates will be preferred)

Job Location: Gandhinagar (Infocity), Gujarat.

Work Experience: 2 Yrs - 4 Yrs

Job Roles & Responsibilities::

• Scheduling interviews, the follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary
• Managing resumes and updating the database on a regular basis
• Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates
• Responsible for entire Pre and post-joining formalities.
• Responsible for preparation of all joining documents including the PF ESI forms Offer Letters/Appointment Letters.
• Daily attendance management for all employees.
• Payroll management
• Employee Engagement activities
• Employee grievance
• Exit formalities.

Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required in IT recruitment.
• Should have excellent communication (Written & Verbal)
• Should have good knowledge of MS-Excel
• Good Negotiation Skill
