HR Executive – Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Conducting initial HR interviews
  • Issuing offer letters and appointment letters

2. Employee Onboarding

  • Conducting joining formalities and document verification
  • Creating employee files and maintaining personnel records
  • Explaining company policies, rules, and procedure to new employees
  • Coordinating ID card, access card, and system login

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitoring daily attendance and punch-in/punch-out records
  • Managing leave applications and tracking leave balances
  • Coordinating with departments for regularization of attendance issues

4. Payroll Support

  • Collecting and verifying payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime)
  • Coordinating with accounts for salary processing
  • Handling salary queries from employees
  • Maintaining payroll records and reports

5. Statutory Compliance

  • Handling PF, ESI, and other statutory registrations
  • Preparing and maintaining compliance records
  • Coordinating inspections and audits if required

6. Employee Relations

  • Handling employee grievances and resolving issues
  • Supporting disciplinary actions and warning letters
  • Promoting positive work culture and engagement activities

7. HR Documentation

  • Preparing HR letters such as:
  • Offer letters
  • Appointment letters
  • Confirmation letters
  • Salary revision letters
  • Warning letters
  • Maintaining employee files and HR registers

8. Training & Development

  • Coordinating internal and external training programs
  • Maintaining training records and attendance

9. Exit Formalities

  • Coordinating resignation and termination process
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Preparing full and final settlement documents
  • Collecting company assets and issuing experience letters

10. Administrative Support

  • Maintaining HR reports and MIS
  • Supporting audits and management reporting
  • Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
