Job Title: HR Executive – Operations & Administration

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Department: Human Resources

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive who can efficiently manage HR operations, administrative tasks, and tender-related documentation. The role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to handle structured paperwork and compliance-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare letters, forms, and official documents as per company requirements.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll coordination.
  • Track probation, confirmation, and contract renewal timelines.
  • Ensure smooth documentation flow during onboarding and exit formalities.

Compliance & Statutory Administration

  • Maintain statutory compliance records such as PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits and prepare required compliance documents.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all HR registers and statutory files.

Tender Documentation & Administrative Coordination

  • Prepare, update, and organize tender-related documents as required by internal teams.
  • Handle tender submissions, forms, certifications, and related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with departments to gather data and ensure timely and accurate tender documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of tender files, validity dates, renewals, and supporting documents.

General Administration

  • Oversee office administration tasks including stationery, vendor coordination, and facility-related support.
  • Assist in travel coordination, meeting arrangements, and basic office logistics.
  • Maintain administrative trackers, asset lists, and documentation logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; specialization in HR/Administration preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and administrative roles.
  • Experience with tender documentation or structured paperwork is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of HR documentation, compliance processes, and administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and HRMS tools.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
