Job Title: HR Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient operation of HR functions, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits data.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new employee files, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee data to the payroll team.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations issues and inquiries. Provide support in the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and seminars. Maintain training records and assist with the development of training materials.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required. Maintain HR metrics and dashboards.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, answering phones, and responding to emails.
  • Experience in HRMS or Keka Software will be added Advantage

Job Types: फ़ुल-टाइम, स्थायी

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
