We are hiring a smart, energetic, and career-driven HR Executive who can handle HR operations and also contribute to sales activities. Candidates who enjoy interacting with people, meeting targets, and growing fast in their career will love this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination & onboarding.
• Manage HR documentation, employee database, attendance & compliance support.
• Coordinate training programs, employee engagement, and performance follow-ups.
• Support HR operations, queries, policy implementation, and daily HR tasks.
• Promote and sell Clogic Softtech’s Recruitment Services to companies and clients.
• Sell and market Training Programs to students, job seekers, and institutions.
• Approach colleges for Internship & College Collaboration Projects.
• Maintain lead follow-ups, meetings, calls, and basic sales reporting.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable talking to clients & students.
• Must be target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Freshers with good communication are also encouraged to apply.
