About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources operations and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, performance management, and HR system administration, while ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives.
This role requires hands-on experience across the entire HR function, strong coordination skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, probation, exits)
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures
- Handle attendance, leave known as leave management, regularization, and shift tracking via HRMS tools
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct HR interviews, and manage offer documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
Payroll & Compensation Support
- Coordinate with finance/payroll teams for salary processing, deductions, incentives, and commissions
- Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs before final processing
- Address payroll-related employee queries professionally and promptly
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Support performance management processes, warnings, and documentation
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and internal communications
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Implement and communicate HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
- Support disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance reporting
- Ensure adherence to attendance, performance, confidentiality, and data protection policies
HR Systems & Reporting
- Manage HR tools such as HRMS, Zoho People, Salesforce (HR access), attendance systems
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review
- Maintain accurate HR data for audits and leadership reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- HR certification (preferred): CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Proven experience handling end-to-end HR operations
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with HRMS / Attendance / Payroll systems
- Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
