Job Title: HR Executive
Job Description:
The HR Executive – Retail is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across retail stores, ensuring smooth manpower planning, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle ESIC, EPF, PT, and other statutory compliances for retail employees, including documentation, coordination, and records.
- Manage bulk and store-level recruitment (sales staff, cashiers, helpers, supervisors), including walk-ins, interviews, and joining formalities.
- Monitor and maintain biometric attendance systems, shift rosters, weekly offs, and leave records for retail staff.
- Execute onboarding processes: document collection, appointment letters, induction, uniform/ID coordination.
- Handle exit formalities: resignations, absconding cases, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination.
- Maintain employee personal files, HR registers, and retail HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate with store managers and area managers for manpower, attendance, discipline, and performance issues.
- Support performance reviews, confirmations, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and retail labor norms.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in retail HR operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (ESIC, EPF, PT).
- Ability to manage high-volume workforce and shift-based staff.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/biometric systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
