Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources functions for our interior fit-out operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance, ensuring smooth workforce management across project sites and the head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office staff (designers, engineers, supervisors, labor, admin roles)
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheets (site-based staff)
  • Support payroll inputs, overtime, and coordination with finance/accounts
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and site regulations
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and exit formalities
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate training, certifications, and site safety documentation
  • Liaise with manpower suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or contracting industry
  • Knowledge of labor laws, site workforce management, and HR best practices
  • Experience handling site-based and blue-collar workforce is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
