Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR functions and support the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while acting as a strong link between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage HR operations such as payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and performance management support.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management to address HR-related matters.
  • Support management in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in HR or a related field (required).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience in a relevant sector is preferred (e.g., digital marketing agency or similar environment).
  • Understanding of HR operations, policies, and best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
