HR Executive

Zest Confectionery Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturing company operating in the FMCG sector, producing confectionery products such as toffees, candies, and chocolates.

We are hiring a full-time HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations at our office and production facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Assist in recruitment, interview coordination, and hiring processes
• Handle onboarding and exit formalities
• Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate leave records, payroll inputs, and staff data
• Address routine employee HR queries

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
• Basic understanding of HR practices and documentation
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: In person (Raiwind, Lahore)
• Monthly Salary: Rs 35,000 – Rs 50,000

This is an on-site internal position at our manufacturing company.
