We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following basic requirements:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies and monitor applicant tracking systems.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and job requirements.
- Ensure job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring policies comply with legal and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate databases, and hiring metrics.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR database and applicant tracking system.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Assist in documentation at the time of hiring such as joining report, document checklist, issuance of the offer letter & appointment letter coordinating new hire operations.
- Responsibility for full recruitment life cycle.
- Keep maintain and update employee records in their files as well as data in soft form.
- Handling Separation process of employees including exit documentation and Interview.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
