HR Executive

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following basic requirements:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies and monitor applicant tracking systems.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and job requirements.
  • Ensure job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring policies comply with legal and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate databases, and hiring metrics.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR database and applicant tracking system.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Assist in documentation at the time of hiring such as joining report, document checklist, issuance of the offer letter & appointment letter coordinating new hire operations.
  • Responsibility for full recruitment life cycle.
  • Keep maintain and update employee records in their files as well as data in soft form.
  • Handling Separation process of employees including exit documentation and Interview.
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
