Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Executive to serve as a true talent partner for our dynamic Sales and Tech teams. In this hands-on, generalist role, you will be instrumental in driving our ambitious growth by owning recruitment, fostering employee engagement, and implementing effective retention strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in the fast-paced environment of an agency or tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Partnership: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Develop and execute a structured onboarding program that immerses new hires in our culture and equips them with the tools and knowledge for immediate success.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and champion initiatives that nurture a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate the performance review cycle, provide coaching to managers on feedback and development, and support the creation and management of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and local labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, manage personnel files, and assist with the timely preparation of payroll inputs.
  • HR Data & Insights: Track, analyze, and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire, recruitment efficiency, engagement levels) to provide data-driven insights that guide strategic people decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Executive or similar generalist role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in a call center, software house, IT company, or digital agency is a significant advantage.
  • HR Expertise: Solid understanding of HR best practices, performance management, and local employment laws.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with an HRIS is a plus.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (On-site)
  • Location: Gulberg III, Main Boulevard, Al Hafeez Shopping Mall, Lahore. Note: This is an on-site position and is not remote.
