HR Executive

Hamsol is looking for a talented Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience (

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven recruitment experience
  • Experience in both technical & non-technical hiring
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social recruiting, etc.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience in IT companies or software houses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing → onboarding)
  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies
  • Conduct screenings, interviews & assessments
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Shift Timings: 2pm-10pm (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time
