· Position: HR Executive

· Experience: Min 3 yrs.

· Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

· Acceptable Notice Period: 30 days

Key Responsibilities

✔ Handling Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction programs.✔ Maintaining employee personal files.✔ Manage Payroll and compensation.✔ Manage statutory compliance. ✔ Ensuring valid licenses and renewals.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ MBA/PGDM ( HR Preferable ).
✔ Proven experience as a HR Executive.
✔ Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and compliance.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision making skills.
