HR Executive

Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role will collaborate closely with other departments to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
