HR Executive

Job Purpose:

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The role aims to ensure efficient HR operations and foster a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment-related inquiries.
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts in line with company policies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues.
  • Ensure the timely completion of annual performance reviews.
  • Training and Development:
  • Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Identify skill gaps and work with department heads to provide appropriate training.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer payroll and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Keep updated with changes in employment law and ensure company policies reflect these changes.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with applicable laws.
  • HR Data Management:
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
  • Generate HR reports for management to track metrics like turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to increase job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to boost morale.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of HR experience (experience in specific HR areas like recruitment or employee relations is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
