Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive who can establish and maintain strong HR processes, ensure office discipline, support smooth daily operations, and contribute to a healthy and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Discipline & Office Management

Ensure punctuality, attendance compliance, and overall office discipline.

Implement and enforce HR policies, code of conduct, and workplace ethics.

Maintain employee records, attendance logs, leaves, and timesheets.

Handle conflict resolution and grievance management professionally.
Recruitment & Onboarding
-
Manage interviews, evaluation, selection.

Coordinate with department leads to understand hiring needs.

Help tech leads in schedule interviews.

Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
HR Policies & Compliance
-
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs.

Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.

Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts and disciplinary actions.
Performance & Employee Management

Assist in performance evaluation cycles.

Track monthly KPIs and share reports with management.

Support employee motivation, engagement activities, and retention efforts.

Identify training needs and arrange skill-development sessions.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination

Prepare attendance sheets for payroll processing.

Manage leaves, vacations, and overtime records.

Coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement.
Culture, Communication & Team Support

Foster a positive, respectful, and professional work culture.

Act as the communication bridge between management and employees.

Organize small team events, celebrations, or training sessions as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a software company (mandatory).

Must be capable and tactful in dealing with an educated and professional workforce.

Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and office discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and maturity.

Proficiency in MS Office or HR software (attendance, payroll systems).

Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
