HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager
Location: Walton Road, Defense Mor
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Time: Night shift (7 PM – 5 AM)

Job Summary

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation, and induction sessions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in payroll coordination by providing necessary HR data.
  • Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
  • Track employee performance metrics and assist in development plans.
  • Ensure company policies are properly communicated and implemented.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
