Job Title: HR Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Time: Night shift (7 PM – 5 AM)
Job Summary
The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation, and induction sessions.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in payroll coordination by providing necessary HR data.
- Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Track employee performance metrics and assist in development plans.
- Ensure company policies are properly communicated and implemented.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
