Position Overview:

The HR Executive will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and other HR functions ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. You will be a key point of contact for staff queries and assist management in implementing HR policies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
  • Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and training sessions.
  • Support performance review processes and probation evaluations.
  • Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, and turnover for management.
  • Assist in the implementation of company HR policies and employee welfare initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in retail or manufacturing sectors.
  • Good understanding of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Detail-oriented with high confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu; Punjabi is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
