Location: Karachi

AAA Digital Media is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about human resource management and have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary Range:
PKR 45,000 – 60,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Handle employee relations and HR operations
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
