We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers)
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
2. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
4. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Track employee performance metrics and feedback
- Assist in developing performance improvement plans
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
- Monitor employee development and career progression initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in HR or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
