HR Executive

Please Note: This is an on-site job position and night shift job.

Timing:

Night Shift: 9:00 pm - 6:00am, 6pm - 3am

Complete Description:

Wadic is looking forward to hiring a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as HR Executive.

As an HR Executive, You will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources procedures as well as policies. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fair HR policies, ensuring employee awareness and compliance
• Design and manage compensation and benefits programs
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development initiatives
• Monitor and manage the HR department budget
• Create and update HR policies in line with organizational needs
• Act as the point of contact for labor law and compliance-related matters
• Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns
• Evaluate existing HR systems and recommend improvements (HRIS, ATS)
• Address workplace safety issues and complaints
• Track and analyze employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Good understanding of labor laws, including employment contracts, leaves, and employee benefits
