E-Lite is looking for HR Executive.

Location:

Karachi DHA Phase 6 Rahat Commercial

Job Description.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Find good resources through social media like LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, and referrals.

Conduct interviews to assess candidates' abilities, and experience.

Handle HR operations including attendance, Leaves, payroll coordination, and employee record management & Enroll Face ID for new employees.

Support employee onboarding, documentation.

Responsible for coordinating and facilitating admin-related approvals in a timely manner.

Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Eligibility criteria

B.com or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR related function.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes efficiently.

Salary Range 55K to 65K
