Please Note: This is an on-site job position and night shift job.

Timing:

Night Shift: 9:00 pm - 6:00am, 6pm - 3am

Complete Description:

Wadic is looking forward to hiring a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as HR Executive.

As an HR Executive, You will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources procedures as well as policies. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

HR ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fair HR policies, ensuring employees understand and comply with them
• Design and manage compensation and benefits programs
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives
• Monitor and manage the HR department’s budget
• Create new HR policies and update existing ones as required
• Act as the primary point of contact for labor law and compliance matters
• Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively
• Evaluate current HR tools and recommend improvements (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
• Address workplace safety issues and ensure compliance with standards
• Track and analyze employee retention and turnover metrics
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth departmental functioning

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Executive or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Good understanding of labor laws, including employment contracts, leave policies, and insurance
