Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for a HR Executive. The role involves supporting human resources operations, including HR management, HRIS coordination, benefits administration, and employee training.

Qualifications

• Human Resources, HR Management expertise, and understanding of HR practices and labor laws
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
• Strong skills in delivering and coordinating employee Training programs
• Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business analytics tools
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required

Salary: 60K to 80K

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
