HR Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and professional HR to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of UAE HR experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and employee onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee records.
  • Handle employee relations and respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Requirements

✔ 1–2 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory)
✔ Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures
✔ Fluent in English and Hindi
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of visa processing and payroll administration
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
