Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and professional HR to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of UAE HR experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and employee onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee records.
- Handle employee relations and respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
Requirements
✔ 1–2 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory)
✔ Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures
✔ Fluent in English and Hindi
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of visa processing and payroll administration
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
