HR Executive

The expanding immigration and visa firm Travellink Relocation Tourism is seeking a committed, competent, and passionate HR professional to join our team.

prerequisites

Master's degree in management, business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline

At least two years of HR experience

Speaking and writing Urdu and English fluently

Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizing abilities

Excellent hiring and staff management abilities

strong familiarity with office administration and UAE HR procedures

Capacity to uphold confidentiality while working under pressure

competent with Word, Excel, and Outlook from Microsoft Office

Essential Duties:

Oversee the entire hiring, screening, interview, and job posting process.

Organize orientation, onboarding, and paperwork for employees.

Keep contracts, personnel paperwork, and HR documentation up to date.

Keep an eye on employee punctuality, attendance, and leave records.

Help with employee paperwork and payroll administration

Respond expertly to employee questions, complaints, and HR-related issues

Verify adherence to the company's HR policies and disciplinary actions.

Create HR reports and keep correct records.

Organize staffing needs and employee performance with management.

Encourage a healthy work environment and encourage employee engagement

Make sure that company rules and UAE labor law are followed.
