HR Executive

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join its Human Resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can manage recruitment, employee records, HR administration, and employee engagement activities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. The successful candidate will support a positive workplace culture and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Coordinate the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR correspondence, and other personnel documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee information.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace matters.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and staff development activities.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain employee training records.
• Assist management with HR reports, workforce planning, and administrative requirements.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable UAE employment regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and company information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or personnel administration.
• Good knowledge of recruitment procedures, employee relations, and HR documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE employment practices and HR regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; experience with HRMS software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
