HR Executive (Female)

Location: Asia Pacific Trade Center, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Female HR Executive who specializes in high-volume recruitment, particularly for sales teams, Ecommerce & for software house. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on hiring experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bulk hiring for sales teams, Ecommerce & for software house.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further assessments with relevant departments.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Support HR operations, employee queries, and daily HR tasks.
• Strong command on ORM Social Media Management for daily marketing content & for hiring purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mass recruitment, especially for sales teams, Ecommerce & for software house roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets within deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Manage ORM Social Media Management for daily marketing content for hiring purposes & coordinate with the graphic designing team.

Note

This position is only for females (Night Shift on-site). Hybrid and work from home (WFH) models are not offered.
