HR Executive (Generalist)

Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Kalamassery, Kerala
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant HR experience is mandatory
• Hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Male/Female can apply.
• Immediate joining preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Support general HR operations and employee engagement activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
