About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Executive- HR to manage all post-offer letter processes and ensure a smooth transition of candidates into the organization. This role focuses on joining formalities, documentation, induction programs, and PF compliance (UAN creation) to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates after offer letter release.
Manage all joining formalities, including:
Collecting and verifying documents (ID proof, educational/professional certificates, past employment details).
Guiding candidates on company policies and pre-joining requirements.
Creating and maintaining employee codes and personnel files
Plan and coordinate induction and orientation sessions for new employees/trainers.
Ensure smooth handover from recruitment to HR operations for on-boarding.
Support employee engagement activities during the initial on-boarding phase.
Prepare reports related to joining status, documentation, and induction progress.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
