HR Executive (Generalist)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Operations to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations with at least 2 years of relevant experience and an MBA qualification. This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage various HR operational functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and exit formalities
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR functioning
• Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Support compliance with labor laws and internal audits
• Generate HR reports and MIS on a regular basis
• Provide support in employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations
• MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
