Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
  • Maintain employee master data, attendance, leave records, and HR files.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.

Statutory Compliance

  • Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory compliances.
  • Handle PF & ESI registrations, monthly contributions, challans, and returns.
  • Coordinate inspections, notices, and audits related to labour laws.
  • Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable labour laws.

Recruitment & Employee Relations

  • Support recruitment activities such as screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and statutory benefits.
  • Assist in grievance handling and maintaining a positive work environment.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare monthly HR and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with consultants, payroll vendors, and government authorities when required.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across branches.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in payroll coordination and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Qualification:

  • Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,889.84 - ₹25,595.61 per month
