Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
- Maintain employee master data, attendance, leave records, and HR files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
Statutory Compliance
- Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory compliances.
- Handle PF & ESI registrations, monthly contributions, challans, and returns.
- Coordinate inspections, notices, and audits related to labour laws.
- Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable labour laws.
Recruitment & Employee Relations
- Support recruitment activities such as screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and statutory benefits.
- Assist in grievance handling and maintaining a positive work environment.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare monthly HR and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, payroll vendors, and government authorities when required.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across branches.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Qualification:
- Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred.

Pay: ₹16,889.84 - ₹25,595.61 per month
