HR Executive (HR Operations)

About the Role:

MTBC CareCloud is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Executive to manage core HR operations at its Bagh office. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in payroll coordination, employee management, and structured HR environments. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and coordinate monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records with high data accuracy
• Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper record-keeping
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, policies, and HR procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
• Support onboarding, confirmations, and employee lifecycle processes
• Assist in performance management cycles, salary revisions, and HR reporting
• Collaborate with finance for payroll reconciliation and data validation
• Identify and implement improvements in HR operations and processes
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience with strong focus on HR operations and payroll coordination
• Experience working in structured or corporate environments (preferred)
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, attendance systems, and HR documentation
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Strong numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and employee handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
• Willing to relocate to Bagh, AJK
