1.Attendance & Payroll

  • Maintain daily attendance records of staff, workmen, and contractors.
  • Validate attendance data and share it with HO for salary processing.

2. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws (e.g., Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, Minimum Wages, etc.).
  • Maintain statutory registers and records at site.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure their compliance.

3. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Address employee grievances and maintain harmonious industrial relations at site.
  • Organize site-level welfare activities, canteen & accommodation management.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with site rules and policies.

4. Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain personnel files, ID cards, gate pass, and other records.
  • Support audit activities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.

5. Liaison & Coordination

  • Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and community when required.
  • Coordinate between project site and Corporate HR for smooth implementation of HR policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
