HR Executive (Male Only) – Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch

We are seeking a Male HR Executive to join our team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations, and capable of maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, shortlisting, and interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Assist management with employee evaluations, performance monitoring, and policy implementation.
• Prepare and manage HR correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports.
• Address employee concerns, assist in conflict resolution, and promote healthy employee relations.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payroll processing and benefits disbursement.
• Ensure effective compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
• Gender: Male only
• Age: 25 years or above

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: Rs. 75,000 – 150,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
