OfBusiness is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing and hiring top talent across different functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Design and update job descriptions based on business needs.
- Source potential candidates through various online platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, social media).
- Craft engaging recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews (phone, video, and in-person).
- Prepare and distribute candidate assignments when needed.
End-to-End Recruitment Support
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Share shortlists with hiring managers and manage feedback loops.
- Send job offer emails and address candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits.
Employer Branding & Events
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and represent OfBusiness as an employer of choice.
- Assist in organizing in-house recruitment drives.
Collaboration & Onboarding
- Work closely with managers to identify future hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires and ensure smooth onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
- 0.5 – 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with internships can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.
- A proactive approach, detail orientation, and a passion for hiring the right talent.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
