HR Executive (Recruitment)

• Lead and manage end-to-end field recruitment for Field Sales Executives (FSEs) across assigned regions.
• Drive high-volume hiring through field sourcing, job fairs, vendor tie-ups, and digital platforms.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance while meeting aggressive hiring targets.
• Supervise and mentor Field Recruiters, monitor productivity, and collaborate with Sales & HR teams.
• Build regional hiring pipelines, manage reports, and drive retention and performance improvement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
