HR Executive ( Retail Background )

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for headoffice retail store staff and support functions.

• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Support in processing payroll and benefits administration.

• Coordinate with retail managers regarding attendance, leaves and shift schedules.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Assist in performance management processes (appraisals, feedback collection).

• Handle basic employee queries, grievances and disciplinary records.

• Support in employee engagement activities to boost motivation and retention.

• Prepare HR reports and provide data insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore.

Timings: 10am - 7pm
