CodeWorx Developers is looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in technical recruitment. This role requires hands-on expertise in hiring for software development and IT roles, with the ability to identify, assess, and onboard top-tier technical talent. The candidate must be capable of handling high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for roles such as Laravel Developers, MERN Stack Developers, Mobile App Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and UI/UX Designers
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other relevant platforms
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skillsets, project experience, and problem-solving ability
- Coordinate and conduct initial technical interviews and collaborate with the development team for final evaluations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened technical candidates for ongoing hiring needs
- Develop effective job descriptions and hiring strategies aligned with technical requirements
- Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of selected candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics
- Work closely with department heads to understand technical hiring needs and workforce planning
- Ensure a fast turnaround time in closing positions without compromising candidate quality
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of proven experience in technical/IT recruitment (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and frameworks
- Experience hiring for roles including Laravel, React, Node.js, Flutter, WordPress, and QA
- Familiarity with technical screening methods and basic understanding of coding/project structures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
